This is for one 3.5" x 3” patch. This is a replica from the Star Tours patch that Disneyland use to sell years ago. I still have 2 of them. One of them is pictured in the gallery next to the one I made so you can compare them. It comes with iron-on backing but I recommend it be stitched down as well. Hook side only Velcro can be added at an extra cost
